Everything was well-maintained, stunning location close enough to 2 restaurants and good food and the garden and lake Como, perfect experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our quiet and tidy room in a very well maintained garden was. The breakfast spread was delicious.

Who needs privacy? Loved hearing all the conversations, TV shows, and dishwashing sounds from the owners' living room from my oh-so-close room.

I had a lovely double room with a terrace and a kitchen, and the setting was stunningly close to St Paul's Church.

I had the best time at L’erica. Laura, the host, understood immediately what I needed - quiet time and sun. The magical location offers a peaceful garden and a 3-minute walk to the quiet lake "beach". The mountain behind is perfect for hiking. The room was clean, breakfast tasty, and Laura's kindness was exceptional. Outside unguarded parking is available.

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful setting with a very well-maintained garden. The room we stayed in was immaculately clean and had ample cupboard space. The owner, Laura, was welcoming and friendly, always there to provide helpful advice and tips. The homemade breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The view from the house was stunning, overlooking the lake. Additionally, there was easy access to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away.

The lighting in the bathroom was a bit tricky for applying makeup.

The rooms at B&B L'Erica are absolutely charming! They have a cozy and welcoming feel, with amazing views of either the beautiful lake or the serene garden. It really made me feel at home and relaxed during my stay.

For me personally, I found that I preferred the view of the lake over the garden. But, hey, I know some people might find the garden view delightful too!

We had an amazing stay at B&B L'Erica. the house was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. the owner, Laura, was incredibly nice and made us feel right at home. the breakfast she prepared for us was delicious and left us with only good impressions. the view from the house was stunning, with the lake on one side and the mountains on the other. It was also great to have a parking lot available. Despite the cool and rainy weather, our room was warm and cozy. the bathroom was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with amenities like a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. a wonderful place to stay, highly recommended. Cons: None 🙌.
